Drop-off for full day campers begins at 8:45 am to 9:00 am and pick-up time from 3:45 pm to 4:00 pm.

Drop off for Hald day campers begins at 12:45pm to 1:00pm and pick-up time begins at 3:45 to 4:00pm.

However, extended care drop-off begins as early as 8:15 am and the latest pick-up is at 5:00 pm.

Campers at Tenacious Tennis Academy are sorted into groups by their age and by their skill level.

Discounts: Tenacious offers a few discounts available such as the Early Bird Discounts, the Family Discount, and the Multi-Camp Week Registration Discount. If eligible, the family discount and the multi-camp week registration discount can be combined for a maximum of 10% off. These discounts can not be combined with the early bird discounts.

Early Bird Discount – Phase 1: families that register before Thanksgiving 2023 for Tenacious 2024 Camps will receive 20% off of camp reservation fees during the limited time offer.

Early Bird Discount – Phase 2: after Thanksgiving 2023, families that register before 2024 New Years Eve will receive 15% off of camp reservation fees during the limited time offer.

Early Bird Discount – Phase 3: after 2024 New Years Eve, families that register before June 2024 will receive 10% off of camp reservation fees during the limited time offer.

Family Discount: families that register more than one sibling will receive 5% off the second and subsequent siblings.

Multi-Camp Week Registration Discount Policy: families that register a camper for more than one weekly camp session will receive 5% off.

The age of campers at Tenacious Tennis Academy range from as young as 5 year olds to as old as adults.

Personal attention is a priority; at a minimum, we will have at least one coach for every 6 campers for Tiny Tots and at least one coach for every 8 campers for every other program.

Yes, our coaches are background, screened, and highly trained in the art of tennis, instilling their knowledge, skills, and experience of tennis with the campers.

Yes, we accept deposits and during checkout, you can select to pay for your reservation in 2 monthly installments.

Cancellations are a credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations must be made in writing and in 48 hours in advance of the camp session.

Please notify the camp director in writing if camp reservation dates need to be changed.

Parents will be notified if the camp session they registered for is to be cancelled for any reason.

Cancellation Protection: With cancellation protection, parents can receive a full refund of camp reservation fees in the event of a cancelled reservation.

No refunds are offered unless cancellation protection is purchased. Camp credits will be provided to those who cancel camp reservations but who do not have cancellation protection.

At Tenacious Tennis Academy we strive to provide the best experience. From start to finish, Jesse Inghelram, and the rest of our team are here for you with anything you need. If you are unhappy with a session it is always best to address your concerns on-site with the instructor. If the instructor is unable to resolve the issue for you, speak to Jesse and he will address your concerns. If you are unable to address your concerns with our team on-site you can reach out to Jesse via phone, email, or live chat and we will make it right.
