  • Yes — if you purchase a Season Pass for the clinics, you’ll enjoy great savings

  • Yes, our coaches are background, screened, and highly trained in the art of tennis, instilling their knowledge, skills, and experience of tennis with the campers.

    Our program policy is for parents to observe from off the court.

  • Yes, we accept deposits and during checkout, you can select to pay for your reservation in installments.

  • Make-Up Policy

    1. Standard Season Classes

    • Flexibility with Limits: Each player is allowed up to five (5) make-up classes per season.

    • Advance Notice Required: To qualify for a make-up class, families must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice prior to the missed class by emailing us at info@tenacioustennis.com.

    • Subject to Availability: Make-ups may only be scheduled in another class of the same level and season, and are subject to available space.

    • No-Shows:Absences without notice are not eligible for a make-up.

    • Same Season Only: Make-ups must be completed during the current season and cannot be carried over to future sessions.

    • 2. Drop-In Sessions

      No Refunds: Drop-in sessions are non-refundable.

      Eligibility: To receive a make-up credit for a drop-in, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

      Strict 30-Day Window: Unlike season-long classes, drop-in make-ups must be completed within one month of the cancelled date. After one month, the credit expires.

      3. Rain & Inclement Weather

      Academy Make-Ups: In the event of rain, the Academy will provide a designated make-up option for the group.

      Alternative Scheduling: If the Academy’s scheduled date does not work for your family, you are welcome to contact us to schedule an alternative make-up.

      Expiration: All weather-related make-ups must be scheduled and completed within one month of the rained-out date.

    Our goal is to support families with reasonable flexibility while ensuring consistent group sizes and quality coaching for all players.

  • Refund & Credit Policy

    • Advance Cancellation (14+ Days Before Start): Receive a full credit toward a future clinic.

    • Late Cancellation (Less Than 14 Days Before Start): Eligible for credit only (minus an Administrative Fee). No refunds will be issued.

    • No-Shows or Missed Sessions: no credit or refund will be provided for no-shows or missed classes without notice.

    • Medical Exceptions: In cases of illness or injury, credits or refunds may be granted case-by-case upon receipt of supporting documentation.

    • Credit Expiration: All credits must be used within 3 months of issue or by the end of the current season, whichever comes first. Credits from group classes can be applied toward other group sessions only and cannot be used for private lessons.

    Our policies are designed to balance flexibility for families with fairness to our coaches and staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    We reserve the right to adjust clinic duration according to attendance, while always maintaining high-quality instruction and value for our players.

    Clinic times are adjusted based on the number of players attending to ensure effective instruction and quality training:

    • 1 student enrolled: Clinic duration will be 1 hour.

    • 2 students enrolled: Clinic duration will be 90 minutes.

    • 3 or more students enrolled: Clinic will run the full 2 hours.

    Adult Clinic Policy

    To keep our clinics fun, balanced, and productive for everyone, we require a minimum of 3 players (and a maximum of 6) for a full 1.5-hour Adult session.

    • If only 2 players attend on a given week, the clinic will run for 1 hour.

    • If only 1 player shows up, we’ll convert the session into a private lesson with an assigned coaches at his standard private rate.

  • At Tenacious Tennis Academy we strive to provide the best experience. From start to finish, Jesse Inghelram, and the rest of our team are here for you with anything you need. If you are unhappy with a session it is always best to address your concerns on-site with the instructor. If the instructor is unable to resolve the issue for you, speak to Jesse and he will address your concerns. If you are unable to address your concerns with our team on-site you can reach out to Jesse via phone, email, or live chat and we will make it right.

  • Yes. While Clinics focus on skill development, we strongly encourage all players - especially those in our High Performance pathway - to participate in competitive play.

    Players are expected to prioritize tournaments and competitive events organized or recommended by Tenacious Tennis Academy, as these are aligned with our training goals and player development pathway. These events provide valuable match experience, help build confidence, and allow coaches to observe each player’s competitive development live, offering more accurate feedback and guidance.

    Participation in outside tournaments is welcome; however, Tenacious Tennis Academy events should take priority unless otherwise discussed with your coach.
